I wanted to reach out to you personally to tell you that I just got back from sailing on a cruise that I booked through Pam (it was a 4-night cruise in the Bahamas on the Celebrity Summit), and express to you my pleasure with the experience. Myself, and a group of 25 others — ranging from their late 20’s to early 40’s, all booked through Pam, as we were celebrating my 30th birthday; and she could not have made the process easier for all of us!! Not only did she have the patience to deal with everyone individually, and their own personal dilemmas (we had several who dropped out, others who changed their rooming situations last minute, and a few who were also celebrating occasions — and recognized for these on the cruise), but she also went above and beyond in making this vacation so special for us. Every night, the crew did something for us, whether by bringing champagne and snacks into our cabin or a delivering a celebration in the dining room, and it was truly an amazing time. We were even able to sit all together at 3 adjacent tables at the same time in the dining room, thanks to Pam’s hard work! All 26 of us walked away happy, and that is no easy task!!!

I am very thankful to Pam for her amazing job in making my 30th birthday one I’ll never forget, and I look forward to planning future travel through you all again!

On behalf of my wife, myself, and the entire Schroeder family we would like to thank Preferred Travel for an unbelievable vacation at Beaches in Turks and Caicos.
My wife and I wanted to take our entire family ( all 14 of us) on a once in the lifetime family vacation to Turks and Caicos. Last January my wife and I looked for a travel agency in the Naples area and discovered Preferred Travel, and are we glad we did. We met with Sandi and explained what we wanted to do, and where we all wanted to go. From that point on we knew we were in the right place. Sandi was fantastic, she took care of every aspect of our trip. From the flights fitting all 14 of us on the planes with seats together , to the Beaches Resorts cottages making sure my family's were all next to each other. Everything went so smoothly it was unreal. I have never experienced a trip that was so perfectly arranged. Over the following months from when we first met Sandi, she would always send us updates on every aspect of the trip, keeping us up to date. From the minute my children and grandchildren arrived at Beaches all they kept saying is "this place is amazing " and they were right. Turks and Caicos is probably the nicest place I have ever visited. The Beaches Resort was so nice no one wanted to leave. My wife and I are so glad we used Preferred Travel which gave us the opportunity to give our children and grandchildren great memories that will last a life time. And of course we are so grateful to Sandi who put this all together for us, you are the best!!
