Sasha Rives got her first taste of travel growing up as a Midwestern farm kid, packed into the family car each summer with her brother, a road atlas, and a stack of hotel books. Her parents made every trip an adventure, and those early road trips through Route 66, the Grand Canyon, the California Coast, Las Vegas, and back through Colorado sparked a lifelong love of exploration.

Since then, Sasha has made travel a central part of her life, logging countless miles on land and in the air. By high school, she was joining summer travel programs, and in college, she took solo trips to cities like New York, Boston, and Los Angeles to meet friends and explore. After planning a destination wedding and honeymoon in Jamaica, she and her husband took their wanderlust on the road, spending a year traveling the U.S. by RV before eventually settling in Florida to embrace the coastal lifestyle.

Sasha specializes in France, Napa Valley, custom European itineraries, river cruises, wellness travel, and food and wine destinations. She also has a love for Virgin Voyages and the fresh perspective they bring to cruising. A recent highlight was riding the wine train in Napa Valley and hiking among the redwoods in Muir Woods, an ideal mix of indulgence and nature.

Clients are drawn to Sasha’s thoughtful, personalized approach. She believes the best trips reflect what a traveler needs in the moment, whether it’s a restorative escape or a culturally rich experience filled with local flavor. One of her favorite pieces of travel advice is to read a book set in your destination before you go. It deepens your connection to the place and helps you notice the little details when you arrive.

Sasha’s dream trip is to spend a week in Paris, fully immersed in the city’s art, fashion, cuisine, and wine. Until then, she’s happiest with a future vacation on the calendar and helping others get excited for theirs.
