Best Client Rescue: My client forgot their phone at the Melia Nassau and the hotel mailed it back her to Naples.
Another client was on a road trip with their 2 dogs coming home from Montana. In watching the weather, I realized they were going to be affected by flooding so I had to alter their itinerary to get them back here without incident.
Most memorable Client trip: Clients went to Scotland for a month Had the most wonderful time. I even made their Christmas letter
