Payments: All payments are required by credit card or check, payable to Preferred Travel of Naples. Travelers may complete the reservation form in the brochure and mail it to Preferred Travel of Naples or process it online. Please go to www.Preferrednaples.com/FGCU.

Not included: Any item not specifically stated on the itinerary, personal incidentals, discretionary gratuities for local representatives, tour guides or hotel staff, fees for passports and if applicable, visas, meals and drinks not stated in the package, independent explorations, travel insurance, checked baggage, airport departure tax and air ticket taxes. All prices are based on current rates and are subject to change and availability. Group Minimum: Our group consists of a minimum of 20 paying adults traveling together on the same itinerary. In the event our group falls below the required minimum of 20 passengers, we will be considered individual travelers and will be charged at current applicable published land rates and must be ticketed at the current available published airfare for which we qualify. Individual passengers traveling during valid travel dates as part of our group, but on flights or fares other than the block group space, will not be counted toward the required minimum.

Confirming Your Booking: The quotation and attached itinerary are based on current prices for the air fare; hotel and services offered and are subject to availability. No services will be confirmed until the Reservation form is completed, and the required deposit is received. Should the air seats, hotels and services not be available at the time of booking, substitutions of similar standard will be made and any resultant increase or decrease in charges will be advised at that time.

Cancellations: All cancellations for any reason will be subject to a $200.00 per person cancellation fee. In addition, 90-61 days prior to departure will result in forfeit of 25% of entire trip cost per person; 60-31 days prior to departure will result in forfeit of 50% of entire trip cost per person; 30 days to date of departure will result in forfeit of 100% of entire trip cost per person.

Air Arrangements: Airline taxes and fees may change without prior notice and are not guaranteed. Spaces are not confirmed until the required deposit is received. The airline reserves the right to change equipment or schedules without notice. Groups will be accommodated on the next available flight in the event of cancellations or schedule changes. No pre-assigned seats are permitted for group travel.

Documentation: Passengers traveling outside the United States are required to carry proof of citizenship. U.S. citizens require a current passport for travel to Costa Rica. Non U.S. citizens must check with the consulate of their intended destination, U.S. authorities, and their air carrier(s) to obtain information on required documentation for entry to the destination and re-entry to the U.S. It is the Participant’s responsibility to obtain current entry requirements for your destination. Passengers denied boarding or entry due to lack of proper documentation will not be entitled to a refund.

Refunds: No refund will be made for no shows or for any unused portion of the itinerary whether voluntary or caused by airline delay or cancellation. Preferred Travel accepts no responsibility for expenses incurred due to delay or change in schedule or other causes. No refund or reduction will be made if any portion of the itinerary is changed after departure. Any and all claims for refunds must be made in writing to Preferred Travel of Naples within 30 days of your return to the United States, and be accompanied by all negotiable tour documents and written authorization from our overseas supplier. No agents, representatives, guides or any other persons are authorized to make or promise any alteration to the official policy.

Responsibility: Preferred Travel of Naples and/or their agent’s liability is limited. They act as agents for the Contractor and Participants in relation to travel and accommodations whether by motor coach, private car, boat, aircraft, or any other mode of transportation and assume no liability for injury, personal injury, death, property damage, property and other losses, accident, delay or irregularity which may be caused either by reason or defect, through the acts or default of any company or person contracted in conveying passengers or in carrying out the arrangements of the tour, or as direct or indirect acts of God, dangers of the sea, fire, breakdown of machinery or equipment, acts of governments or other authorities de jour or de facto, wars, hostilities, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, theft, pilferage, epidemics, quarantines, medical or custom regulations, or from any other cause beyond the Operator’s control. Baggage and personal effects are the sole responsibility of the owners at all times. Independent contractors furnish all tour services and accommodations provided in this vacation. Preferred Travel of Naples makes no guarantees or warranties, expressed or implied, on any such services. By completing the reservation form and making the deposit, travelers acknowledge the potential inherent risk involved in all aspects of travel, and hereby waives and releases the Operator from any responsibility for any act or omission pertaining to such services or for any loss, injury, or damage to any person or property arising there from or in connection therewith. The sole and exclusive responsibility and liability of any airline used in the Operator’s programs shall be in accordance with and as limited by the contract of carriage in the Participant’s ticket, the applicable tariffs, and the provisions of the Warsaw Convention. The Operator and its Suppliers reserve the right to decline to accept or to remove any participant who, or whose conduct, is reasonably considered by them to be detrimental to the interest of other passengers or guests, who is deemed unfit to travel or whose physical or mental condition may constitute a danger to themselves or to others, and shall not be liable for repayment or alternative arrangements should this right be exercised. Preferred Travel of Naples and all travel suppliers will not be held responsible for any unlawful actions by an individual traveler. The Operator reserves the right to substitute any hotel or any other supplier for any reason, or to cancel a tour if necessary. The Operator assumes no liability for hotel over bookings resulting in inconvenience and/or substitute accommodations being provided, whether of a similar or lesser quality and location. Dates, programs details and tour costs are based on current tariffs, and are subject to change at or before departure. Passengers requiring special assistance, including without limitation those who use a wheelchair, must be accompanied by someone who is fit and able to assist them, and who will be totally responsible for providing all required assistance. By forwarding the deposit and completing the reservation form, the passenger certifies that he/she has no physical, mental or other condition of disability that would create a hazard for himself/herself or other passengers, and accepts all the terms and conditions hereby specified.
