Best Travel Advice: Always keep an extra copy of your passport in an alternate location in case you lose the original while traveling.
Best Client Rescue: With a European couple traveling in NYC when the wife’s bag was stolen while dining at a restaurant. In the bag were their passports – one Austrian and one US – plane tickets to Chicago the next day and back to Europe, hotel key, all credit cards, money, and other personal documentation. However, within 8 hours we were off to Chicago with replacements of passports from the Austrian Consulate and US Immigration, and all plane tickets had been reissued. The couple received their reissued credit cards the following day in Chicago prior to their return to Europe.
Most memorable Client trip: In Vienna during Christmas season I had the opportunity to attend a rehearsal of the Vienna Philharmonic Orchestra for their New Year’s Concert.
Favorite Destination: Too many! Some favorites are Venice, Vienna, Barcelona, Prague, St. Paul de Vence and Jackson Hole, WY.
